As a Process Manager, you direct processes on the basis of numbers, data and facts. You identify success factors and plan process goals. And you ensure the up-to-dateness of process documentation and organise the training of new employees in your process. You monitor compliance with process standards, ensure the definition of a uniform application method and intervene when the process is about to get out of hand. And you report the results to management. You also try to constantly improve the efficiency, effectiveness and conformity of the process.
